Obituary of Nicole Monique McNabb

April 22, 1974 – Winnipeg, Manitoba

March 24, 2024 – Calgary, Alberta

Nicole “Nicky” McNabb, beloved daughter of George and Viola Graham, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at the age of 49 years.

Nicky was a caring and compassionate person who always put others before herself. She cared tremendously for her two sons, Jesse and Justyn, and her daughter, Aleah. She cherished her time with her family and made memories that will be treasured forever. Nicky had a special place in her heart for her nephew Gavin, who she always doted on when she saw him.

She graduated from school and went on to become a valued member of her community. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. Nicky also took pride in her home, using her crafting skills to create beautiful decorations and ornaments. She loved cooking and baking, making her home welcoming to those around her.

Nicky's passions included spending time with loved ones and indulging in quiet moments. She would spend hours doing her fingernails, hair, and makeup, always making sure her appearance was topnotch before leaving the house. She could often be found playing games on her tablet, watching movies, or listening to old-time country music, with Johnny Cash being her go-to choice. As a girl, she enjoyed camping with her family and cherished the simple things in life.
 

Nicole was very giving; she would give up her last dollar to help anyone in need. Even when she didn’t have enough left for herself. She was also a great listener, always willing to lend an ear; she didn’t judge anyone or anything.

Nicky was predeceased by her furry companion, dog Tango. She will be dearly missed by her parents George and Viola; her children, sister Amanda Graham, and her many relatives.

Nicky McNabb will always be remembered for her infectious smile, kindness, and selflessness. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Celebration of Life will be held at McInnis & Holloway (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive NE, Calgary, AB) on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home.
