    Dear Dolores and family.
It was with great sadness that I learned today of Ray’s passing. He was an inspiration to us in Little League – always striving for the best qualities in coaches, umpires and players. He will certainly be missed.

My mind often drifts back to the wonderful times that my wife, Laurel, and myself “chummed around” with Ray and Delores Williams. I feel fortunate to have met Ray, a warm, kind, honest man. So many memories in baseball and friendship.
My condolences to the Williams family.
