WILLIAMS, Dorothy Ena Patricia (Pat)

November 23, 1926 – Shortlands, St. Andrews, Grenada
April 18, 2016 – Calgary, Alberta

We are saddened by the sudden passing of Patricia at the age of 89 years after she was hospitalized at the end of March. She will be deeply missed and still greatly loved by everyone who knew her and cared for her.

Pat is survived by her daughter Lisa Williams, son-in-law Michael See and her only grandson Joel See; sister-in-law Hazel Hudson, her nephews and nieces Philip (Therese) Bellamy , Alan (Carol) Hudson, Ann (David) Bushell, Trudi Simons, Larry (Judy) Simons, Judith Drummond, Paul (Jenny) Hudson, second cousins Robert (Maureen) Pike, Richard (Denise) Pike and many loving extended family members. She was predeceased by her parents Frank and Winnifred Hudson, sister and brother-in-law Ray and Ken Bellamy, her brother and sister-in-law Noble and Barbara Hudson, sister and brother-in-law Rita and Jack Simons, her brother Walter Hudson, niece Judith’s husband Bob Drummond, aunt Edna Lessey, cousin Joan Lessey, cousin Betty Pike (Ron Pike), her brothers-in-law Jim Williams and wife Doreen and Gerry Williams and wife Fran, her inlaws Gilbert and Lauretta Williams and her husband Donald Gilbert Williams (June 27, 1933 – April 29, 2010) and two little grandchildren who were called home before their birth.

The family thanks everyone for the love, concern and help. Special thanks goes to the staff at the South Health Campus, Unit 68 for making her last weeks comfortable, Chaplain Al Kimick for his prayers and assistance, McInnis & Holloway for their care and arrangements and the amazing hospitality and generosity of the Military Museum. We will always be grateful for the help extended to the family of LAC Donald G. Williams & LAW (Acting Corporal) D.E. Patricia Williams. PER ARDUA AD ASTRA.

The Celebration of Life will be held at the MILITARY MUSEUM (4520 Crowchild Trail S.W.) on Saturday, May 7, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the ongoing work of the museum exhibit in Pat’s honour.
