It is with profound heartache that we announce the unexpected and untimely passing of Kori “Gus” Jonathan Wesley. Kori ascended to Heaven’s Glory on August 7, 2016.

Kori’s favorite hockey team was the Pittsburgh Penguins and his two favorite players were Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin. He was an avid NHL Fan. Although Kori did not speak his language, he understood the language and cultural traditions. He knew of cultural ceremonies, protocols, values & beliefs. At the young age of 18 months he was a traditional dancer until the age of 4. As a young boy he tried boys steer riding. Kori had an adventurous spirit and tried various sports. From his time at Bow Valley High School, he learned about carpentry and mechanics. The one thing he enjoyed the most was spending time with his sisters and laughing with them.
