WATERS, Brian

March 5, 1942 – Prince Albert, Saskatchewan
April 17, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta

Brian Waters of Calgary, AB, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at the age of 77 years.

Brian was born in Prince Albert, SK, and grew up in Archerwill, SK, where he excelled as a student, competed in track and field, played baseball, and spent summers at the family cottage at Marean Lake. Nothing surpassed his love of hockey. He played Junior Hockey with the Moose Jaw Canucks, was on the University of Saskatchewan Huskies team, and later played Oldtimers’ hockey.

Brian obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, and spent a long career in various capacities in the oil and gas industry in Calgary, AB, retiring as a consultant in 2014.

He will be lovingly remembered by Lorraine, Pam (Jeff), Timothy (Karie); his brother Gary and his family; as well as special friends, Amber and Arman.
