  7. Margaret Kirkpatrick :

Lise was a good friend and a good neighbour. We have many wonderful memories of our times with her. She was kind and generous and we shared many stories over cups of tea
I especially remember the road trip that she and I took to Salt Lake City to do family history research. We shared a passion for genealogy. She was a great travelling companion and we had many laughs and adventures together. I think we talked non-stop for the whole drive down.
Her family was very important to Lise and I sometimes felt as if I knew you, because she spoke of you so often. My husband I want to extend our condolences to all of you at this difficult time. She was a lovely person who will be greatly missed.

Unni and I will always remember with great fondness the good times we all had together. I reflect that I was across the street from Massey College when I resided in Devonshire House; might well have crossed paths with Lise in 1965 before I graduated in May that year. Doesn’t seem that long ago.
