Jonathon was a fine young man. It is devastating when one so young passes. My prayers will be with him as he speeds to the other side.

I’ve known Jonathan for a long time. I knew him well and was very fond of him. I was deeply saddened to hear of his sudden passing. He was a spirited man with a kind heart and a bright smile. He will be remembered for his wonderful laugh. My love and warmest thoughts go to both Dan and Leslie during this difficult time.

May he rest peacefully.

Condolence from Kaela Van Ham on May 25th, 2015 10:58 AM

I consider myself extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to have Jon in my life. The step brother of my mother Sherri Van Ham and my aunt Lauri Brackenbury, Jon was my uncle but more like a cousin to me. Being only 8 years apart, we grew up together as children and I’ll never forget all the memories we had. I always looked forward to getting to see my uncle Jon. My sincerest condolences to the family of Jon as well as all of the beloved friends who he had in his life, of which he individually truly touched. You’ll be greatly missed uncle Jon. And it’s never goodbye, but I’ll see you later. Love you xo

Leslie, you are the dearest friend anyone could ever hope of having in ones life. My heart breaks for you, as a mom myself..I can’t imagine your pain. You shared many stories of Jonathan, your miracle baby. He was your rock and a source of strength, for you. Many prayers for you and your family

Condolence from Jason Essler on May 25th, 2015 5:12 PM

Jonathan…. a kind, smart man with a good heart. Always wanted the best for anyone. Smart and funny, he always had a great way of making people around him smile and laugh.

His desire to help fellow coworkers, like myself and others, never went unnoticed. Always thought outside the box and went out of his way to help and make people smile.

I didn’t get the chance to know you as well as I would have liked to Jonathan, but your impact on myself and others has left a deep imprint. Thoughts be for you, and with your family. Best wishes and support and prayers.

Although I never met Jonathan personally I was updated by his Father & Step-Mother on his accomplishments. I know God will keep him wrapped in his blessings. My prayers are with Dan & family at this difficult time.

Condolence from Rita Murphy on May 28th, 2015 12:25 AM

Jonathan touched as many people as he could reach with jokes and laughter, sometimes tears, and conversation, but always with those bright blue eyes twinkling with his next thought. He was always a step ahead of everyone else. He never judged others. He didn’t realize that while the rest of us are still digging for something else, he had already touched stars that no one else could reach, above and beyond. Now he lives on one. You made such an impact that it makes for such a huge loss for the rest of us. Rest Peacefully.
