  2. Verona and Family,
I was so sad to learn of Terry’s passing. Holly informed me on Sunday morning. We have such wonderful memories that we’ll carry in our hearts forever. Working with Terry at Mister Grant’s was always so much fun! Golf with Terry was a hoot! I have a vivid memory of the four of us going to the Kinsmen New Year’s Eve party in Bragg Creek in 1974; freezing cold and sleeping in two twin beds in a tiny cabin, but we sure had fun! The list of memories is endless. One of the things on my list for this summer was to come back “home” for a week and reconnect with those I haven’t seen in a long time since moving to the US. Getting together with the Sloanes was at the top of my list and now when I do, one will be missing. Despite the distance, you are all loved and are in my prayers during this time of loss.

We went to school with you and Terry in Taber and Sheila worked with Terry in the Tower Theatre. While Terry was at Mr. Grants, Jerry was his customer. We haven’t seen either of you for many years but we remember both of you very well. We are sorry for your great loss, Verona. Terry was an incredible person and so fun to know. Personal regards and our condolences.

  6. Dear Verona, Jay Tracie and family, George and I are so sorry for the loss of Terry. He was such an easy going guy with a big heart, who so enjoyed the company of his friends and family. We remember many Crooks family celebrations when he always had at least one happy little great-grandchild on his lap. Our family will always cherish his memory and our hearts go out to all of you.
