SIKORSKI, Kenneth Alan

March 26, 2019 – Calgary, Alberta

After a long battle with cancer, Ken found peace surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the age of 59 years.

Working for CP Rail, April 20, 1987- 2016, Ken couldn’t wait for retirement. Time to spend fishing with his brothers and good friends. Ken particularly liked his fishing trips to the West Coast. May you catch till your heart is content.

Ken will be lovingly missed by his mother Rita, brothers George (Judy) and Dan (Tanis); niece Tina Shipley and nephews Gregory, Jason and David Sikorski. Ken was predeceased by his Father Frank Sikorski.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Crowfoot, 82 Crowfoot Circle NW, Calgary, AB), on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. Our family would like to express our gratitude for all the love and kindness shown by Ken’s friends and community during this time. Special thanks to Dr. Gwyn Bebb and nursing staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Centre for the care and compassion they provided to Ken and his family throughout diagnosis, treatment and palliative care.
