Condolence Messages

  1. TIM GUTTERIDGE :

Even though it has been a long time since I have seen Josie I have always held her in in high regard and if circumstances had been different then it would have been a pleasure to have met her again.

Knowing what it feels like to lose a parent ( my dad who was Josie’s brother) the memories might fade a bit in time but that pride of who they were doesn’t diminish.

My thoughts are with the family at this sad time

  4. Really sorry to hear of the passing of Auntie Josie. She arrived in Canada a day before I was born in August 1955. I have only seen her on a few occasions, she made a few trips back to the UK while my grandparents and Auntie Edie were still alive. We had the pleasure of meeting her, Kathleen, Mike , Emily and Patrick about 8 years ago when we made a Ski trip to Banff. It was her dearest wish to see my dad (her brother)again but sadly that was not to be as he died almost two years ago.
Auntie Josie has always been my Auntie in Canada and we have kept in contact over the years. She will be sadly missed.
Our thoughts are with her family. Rest in peace.
