James Norman of Calgary, AB, passed away on May 19, 2018 at the age of 68 years.

James, Jimmy, Jim, was a born and raised Calgarian, graduating from William Aberhart High school in the late 1960’s. Jim spent his life working as a mechanic, and was known as the life of the party. He was always welcoming with a kind heart and wise soul. Jim’s house was always open to everyone at anytime especially if you had a case of beer and wanted to watch a Calgary Flames or Stamps game with him.

Jim is survived by his partner Rita Bouwsema, sister Donna Rae, brother Don Robertson (Janice), his three daughters, Angie Dunphy (Lonni) Della Robertson (Victor) and the apple of his eye Nicole Robertson. Also his five grandchildren, Taylor, Julie, Jayme, Jon and Brody and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jim was predeceased by his father Bill Robertson, his stepfather Don Hickman and loving mother Deila Hickman. Brother-in-law and friend Gary Cipperley.

Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Chapel of the Bells, 2720 Centre Street North, Calgary, AB) on Thursday May 24, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
