RENNEBERG, Ronald Otto

November 29, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta

Ronald Renneberg of Cochrane, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at the age of 82 years.

Ron married Dorothy the love of his life July 1961 and moved to Cochrane in 1966 where they raised three children. Ron loved the outdoors, growing his incredible potato garden every year and just going out for long walks.

Ron will be sadly missed and forever remembered by his children Sherri (Jerry) Zielke, Tim (Wendy) Renneberg, Cory (Edna Malak) Rennberg, three grand-daughters; Cal, Taylor and Michaela; sisters Marylin Kohle, Belinda (Laverne) Ilg, Cathy (Dennis) Link; sister-in-law Diane (Ken) Megyesi, Marion (Bill) Baumgardt; brother-in-law Wayne Clark as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife Dorothy, his parents Theodore and Lucy, Dorothy’s parents Leo and Lucille; his siblings Mathias and Rudolph; sister-in-law Frances Renneberg and brother-in–law Francis Kohle.

At Ron’s request there will be no funeral or memorial services; Donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
