REID-BICKNELL, Audrey “Eloise”

Eloise Reid-Bicknell of Calgary passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019 at the age of 82 years.

Born and raised on a farm near Vulcan, Eloise lived by the values of hardwork, friendship and family. At a young age, she moved to the Lakeview area of Calgary where she raised her family and lived for over fifty years. Raising her family, Eloise made life-long friendships and contributed to her church and community.

In her professional life, Eloise was a well-loved Human Resources manager with the Boutique of Leathers where she touched the lives of many of her employees.

Eloise is survived by her son Roger Reid-Bicknell; daughter and son-in-law Diane and Kevin Greenwood; seven grandchildren, Nigel (Amanda), Sarah (Ryan), Sean (Devin), Kelly (Bill), Ryan (Laura-Lynn), Colin (Julie), and Erin (Ryan); four great-grandchildren, Sophia, Declan, Vienne, and Ellis; and her brother Cody Whiteside and his family.

Eloise was predeceased by her sister-in-law Linda Whiteside.

A Private Family Service will be held. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

  2. I knew Eloise through Lakeview United Church as she was a faithful member when she lived in Lakeview. I appreciated her laugh and her willingness to share a story. I also saw her often at the shopping centre walking her beloved dog. She will be missed. Prayers and thoughts for all her family.
