PROCTOR, Thomas George

Tom Proctor, beloved brother, uncle and friend, passed away on October 1, 2017 at the age of 51 years.

Tom worked hard for many years at Blackfoot Truck stop; he was dedicated to his family and to his friends. He will be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by his sister Kristine Lowry; his brother Ken and sister-in-law Alice Proctor of Grande Prairie; nephews Jamie Proctor and Steven Proctor.

Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thora and Ronald Proctor; his brother Ron; and his brother-in-law Brian Lowry.

A Celebration of Tom’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive N.E., Calgary, AB) on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1:00 p.m.  Condolences may be forwarded through  If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to the Salvation Army Centre of Hope, 1731 29th Street SW Calgary, AB, T3C 1M6, on line at, or by phone 403-410-1112.
