Vance was a great person to wok with. I was with Marsh Mac from 1975 to 78 where we worked together. Vance recommended me for a supervisory position with the Calgary Minor Hockey Association. Vance was very knowledgeable about insurance & was respected by many of his peers, both with the company and many other insurance companies. It was my pleasure to have known him. With the greatest of respect our condolences are extended to his wife & family.

    Pat:
Our deepest condolences to you and the family. Vance was so instrumental in my insurance career at Marsh & McLennan. He was the one that taught me commercial vehicle rating and commercial coverage. He was the one that would listen to all my ranting and ravings and then very calmly would say “Grace, remember these things are sent to try us”. He was such a guiding force and such a kind, kind man.
