My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I didn’t know Mike as well as did my brother, Vince. Many good times were had by those two. Rest in Peace, Mike.

  5. jeanne roscoe sheridan :

Mike was one of the funniest persons I’ve known, like a standup comedian; he could keep me giggling for hours! He also possessed a brilliant facility for networking and remembering friends. I remember when we all came back to Noranda for the Great Reunion (1990?)and a group of us “Crescent kids” walked around the town together, Mike could point to every house and tell us its history: who had lived there and details and stories about their families. I wish we’d had smartphones to record that amazing, living history of the town and its residents, from the late 30s, through the WW ll years and up to the time he and Jane moved away in the early 50s.

Despite our many moves over the decades, sometimes to different continents, we managed to retain our long and close friendship. My world is diminished by the loss of my unforgettable friend. My sympathies to my dear Jane and her beloved family.
