Your Mother was a wonderful Aunt! During our last visit 4 years ago,she talked of all of her children and grandchildren with a lot of love. Aunt Adeline and I enjoyed our few hours together, giggling of days gone by. Laughed about her glass eye as she was being picked up that morning by Lorraine to go have a new one made because her eye had been falling out on her!
Aunt Adeline loved her home in Airdrie and said all she needed now was a toaster to make some toast if needed as all her needs were supplied. We attended breakfast downstairs, meeting her favourite workers.
Once outside and saying our goodbyes with a few tears,Aunt Adeline had to see my little old dog I was travelling with. Aunty’s giggles as she petted Lucky gave me great joy! I was so thankful I had made the effort to find Aunt Adeline and put my arms around her tiny presence.
Thank you for all the good memories Aunt Adeline ♥️ You’ve a special place in my heart I love you!!

  4. So sorry to hear this, it’s always hard to lose a mother. Aunt Adeline was a very special lady. We we lived in Calgary, both your mom & dad we’re so good to us. As you know, we did not know many people there & would spend many evenings at their place playing cards etc. We have never forgotten that & have a special place in our hearts for them. She is now with Uncle Ralph & I know that would make her extremely happy. We wish we could have joined you all on Monday.
    Love Greg & Bonnie
