I have great memories of this lovely man. Our families were great friends and I have the best memories from camping, weddings, vacations, get-togethers and parties. I remember the Kozy Kampers were enjoying King’s Island Amusement Park and my dad, David Morrison and Mr. McLaren rode the water flume ride and Mr. McLaren’s prescription glasses blew off. He needed them, so they had to hang around the park until it closed and they drained the ride, and he got his glasses back and we could all continue on with our travels. Fun times! He will be missed. ❤️

I am saddened to by the passing of my longtime friend Jim. Reg and I have many great memories of travelling with him and Mae. Our first big trip together after we all retired was to Europe where we spent the month of January in Spain and February in Portugal. We got along so well that there were other long term stays in Texas and Mexico. Jim always took lots of videos and after the trip made extra copies for us. We ate in lots of different places over the years but Jim was always happiest with a plate of fish and chips. Deepest Sympathy to the family.

  4. ‘Horizons are never far
Would I have to find them alone
Without true light of my own with you
I will go on ships over seas
    That I now know
    No, they don’t exist anymore
    It’s time to say goodbye
When you were so far away
I sit alone and dream of the horizon
Then I know that you are here with me, with me’

My dear friend Laurie – it is my loss to have never met your Father but knowing you………your kindness, your humour, your compassion, and, hope for the best for despite what ever life gives us – makes me feel I did know him – because he gave you all of that and you are amazing ❤️
