LINDBLAD, Helen Marie

May 17, 1931 – Nelson, British Columbia
May 21, 2019 – High River, Alberta

Helen beloved wife of Roy Lindblad of High River passed away on May 21, 2019 after a long battle with cancer and with her loving spouse of sixty seven years and her family by her.

Besides her loving Roy, Helen is survived by her three sons, Bruce (Cheryl), Brent (Marianne) and Blair (Teresa). She is also survived by her four grandchildren. Helen was predeceased by her parents, her twin brother and one son.

A celebration of life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street SE, Calgary, AB) on Friday, June 21, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.McInnisandHolloway.com.

  2. It is with sadness that I heard about Helen’s passing. I will always remember our time together with fondness. Helen was working in the library and I was working as a school aide. When Helen left, I got her job and she showed me the ropes! She took the time to patiently show me everything I needed to know. I will always remember her smile and cheerful attitude.
