LENZ, Brian Gordon Benjamin

Brian Lenz passed away on Sunday, May 7, 2017 at the age of 40 years.

Brian was a talented finishing carpenter. He enjoyed using his skills and artistic talents to bring perfection to his job, the more challenging the better. Brian loved to move fast in cars, boats, skateboards, water skis, and especially snowboarding. He was good at every sport he tried. He loved his cats. He was proud of his house and his renovations to it. He loved to cook gourmet meals and share the fun of that with others. He loved his family. Brian faced many challenges in his life. Some he conquered, some he did not; but he tackled it all with determination and courage.

Brian leaves behind his parents Melody and Gordon and his younger brother Michael.

Brian was predeceased by his grandparents Karl and Bertha Lenz and Ben and Martha Schrader.

Weeping may tarry for the night,
but joy comes in the morning.

I am so so sorry for your loss. Brian was truly a beautiful soul and he impacted positively so many people it simply can not be understated.
Almost always a warm smile, a genuine heart and for he and I; respectful discussions- sometimes we were in total agreement and sometimes opposite but he was very smart and always open to new info. It was partly why I enjoyed hanging out with him. It was a very long time ago but I considered him part of a big friend family and am at a loss for how sad this is. My heart goes out to you.
He’s now most likely tending to the lost souls in that realm now. Rest well brother.
    Xoxo
