Joe L’Amarca, of Tacoma, WA, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2016 at the age of 68 years.

Joe is survived by his children’s mother Linda L’Amarca, his children Joey, Jeanie, Teresa and Antonio, grandchildren, great grandchildren, six sisters and a brother; Felicetta Riccio, Rosa Grossi (Louise L’Amarca), Maria (Alfredo) De Blasio, Lena Pacchiano, Teresa (Pat) Mautone, Michele L’Amarca and Anna Horvath, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents Antonio and Antonietta L’Amarca, a brother Frank L’Amarca four brothers-in-law; Luigi Riccio, Carmine Grossi, Frank Horvath, Nick Pacchiano and sister-in-law Rosa L’Amarca.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (640 – 19th Avenue NW) on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through

    Its so sad to have my Uncle Joe gone, I have so many memories of him when as our family spent time/weekends there I remember him talking about the law, government policies and how much passion he expressed his views he made me laugh so much. My condolences goes out to all his kids especially Teresa who was close to him. I want to express thanks to my Aunt Linda(kids mom) and her husband Lee who were there for him so much and kindess and care they showed for him May Uncle Joe rest in peace love and thoughts and prayers are to the family.
