KOSKEY, John Howard

Howie Koskey of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at the age of 89 years.

Howie was born and raised in Winnipeg. He married Margaret (nee Rustige) in 1951 in Winnipeg and they lived in Regina prior to moving to Calgary in 1970. Howie was a well-known Food Broker, operating Koskey Food Brokers. For the past ten years, Howie enjoyed playing crib for two days a week at Carewest Glenmore Park.

Howie is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Debbie and Jim McLeod of Calgary; grandson Jared McLeod and granddaughter Jessica (Brian) Smith and their daughters, Abigail and Ashley. He is also survived by two brothers, Robert (Angie) Koskey and Warren Koskey. Howie will be remembered by his many friends who he brought joy and laughter into their lives.
