All praise Deany Klepik, beloved wife of Joe Klepik. She passed on Sunday, May 26, 2019 in Calgary living 83.923 years.
Born July 14, 1935 in the sunshine of Haddo, Jamaica, WI., Deany immigrated to Canada in 1956 working at Baycrest Hospital, St. Michael’s Hospital, CIBC and the Royal York Hotel, Toronto, where she met her love Joe, married and moved west to Calgary. She worked at Woodward’s Department Store with her focus on her family. Deany was a fantastic cook, with an amazing green thumb. Grateful memories of Deany’s ageless beauty, humour, grace and compassionate nature will never fade.
Deany is survived by her husband of fifty-six years Joe; daughter Christine (James); son Peter aka Alaric; granddaughter Chaely; sisters, Iris, Evelyn, Una, Myrtle and Mary; brothers, Brady and David; and all nieces/nephews grand and great. She was predeceased by her dearest mother Stella, father Vannie and brother Rupert, loyal dog Kandy waiting for her at the gates.
