Patricia Marie Klazek, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 2, 2018 at the South Health Campus Hospital in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 67.

Patricia was born on March 16, 1951 in Edmonton, AB to Leo Whalley and Margaret (Choiniere) Whalley. She was married to her soul mate the late Lawrence “Larry” Allen Klazek. Her greatest joy was watching her grandchildren grow and thrive. Pat enjoyed sharing time with her friends and large Whalley/Klazek family. She had a calming spirit and a great joy for life.

She is survived by her daughter Christine (Klazek) Glass, son-in-law Kyle Glass, her grandchildren Cameron, Logan, Norah and James, her brothers Bill (Vicki) and Peter (Linda), her sisters Maureen (Ken), Elaine (Roger), and Joanne, and countless nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Klazek, husband Larry Klazek, and son-in-law Troy Hayes.

Friends, family, and others whose lives were enriched by Pat are invited to McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Deerfoot South, 12281 – 40th Street S.E., Calgary, AB) on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. to reminisce, grieve, and remember this amazing woman. There will also be a viewing at 1 pm. Reception to follow in the reception center.
