We will always remember Marion’s wonderful sense of humor, and especially those great family dinner table “stories” she created. She was also very wise counsel just when it was needed the most. We were all so blessed to be loved by her!
She is terribly missed but never forgotten.
Sending love and comfort to all the family.

  2. Catherine and family,
It’s hard to believe that such a warm, caring and fun person is gone from our midst. I have such warm memories of sharing a coffee and cigarette in our kitchens while laughing and complaining at the same time, hiding out while our kids were at school and husbands out working hard. Pretty sure I would never have made it without her. Rest in peace dear friend.

  3. The single thing that made Marion such a wonderful person to be around was her infectious laughter. It was something that she shared freely and with much enthusiasm.
Even if the topic of discussion was of a more serious or troubling nature she always gave her full attention and somehow seemed to find a way to see the lighter side and inject her laughter into it. It was always welcome, appropriate and without exception helped to lift ones spirits.

Morn her passing now but not for too long.
She wasn’t one to wallow in sorrow and wouldn’t approve of that at all…
We are all lucky to have known her and better for it.
I will always smile and hear that laughter when I think of her as will everybody that knew and loved her. I think she would be very pleased indeed knowing that’s how she will be remembered.

I send my love and my condolences to you Catherine, Trevor, Emily and all the kids.
I know Marion’s laughter will always echo in your memories and bring warm feelings when you think of her.

    Catherine and family,
we are so very sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. She truly was an amazing lady, and there will always be a special spot in our hearts for her. We have nothing but fond memories of our times sent with her.
Perhaps they are not the stars, but rather openings in heaven, where the love our lost ones, shines down to let us know they are with us. (author unknown)

It was sad to learn of Marion’s passing.
She was a close neighbor and great friend of my late wife June who passed away
this past March 03. I’m sure I only know the edited versions of their escapades
but suffice to say they had many fun times!
The light that shone from Marion made her a pleasure to be around.
We are having a memorial gathering for June next week (June 10) and I’m sure
    Marion will be with us.
