Condolences for the family of “Gray, Delma (Del) Lorraine (nee Wolf)”

Condolence from Dale and Diana Wolf on March 6th, 2016 6:40 PM

You are in a better place and now you know dad was right! Your life ended much too soon but in this case it was a blessing in disguise. We had many laughs. Some of the more memorable ones include your excursion with cooking ribs and the knife, the cheap wine you and Bob served to me and your Christmas card disaster. I will remember the good times and I already miss our talks even though towards the end they were far too short. Rest assured the boys and I will watch out for each other.

Your loving brother.

I am sorry to learn of Delma’s passing, as difficult as this time may be I hope you will find comfort in knowing that Delma will always be with you. I am Delma’s 1st cousin and was her flower girl in Regina. Recently I was looking back at pictures and found a picture of that day. I have childhood memories of smelling cigar’s, and really loving my Aunt Lorraine. I remember she was as a very kind lady and when I meet Delma later in Calgary she reminded me so much of her. I was so happy that my husband got to meet my Aunt Lorraine she passed a few weeks before our wedding day. (Charlie) her brother was so heart broken. I will always cherrish memories of the Wolf family.
Delma and the boys come to visit us in Calgary. Delma’s aunt Ritchie who is still in Calgary, and myself had a great visit and we got to meet Brendan and Sheldon. I then realized how much we looked like relitives.
I hope someday we will all meet our loved ones once again.
Our deepest sympathy,
Cheryl and Family

I could not have asked for a better Mother, role model and teacher. You taught us compassion, value and respect which has made me a better person day in and day out. You provided us with a loving and supporting home, watched our backs and ensured we had good upbringing. I saw very few homes as good as ours and you did this as a single mother with little help. I know we did not make it easy on you at times, but I like to think we made it interesting. You are in a better place with your Mom and Dad, Phoenix and Tuscon. I miss you dearly and will think of you every day until its time to meet out front of the Candy Store as planned. I love you Mom.
