I’ve had the privilege of knowing Dora and her late husband Jim for over 40 years, thru my friendship with eldest son Keith since our high school days in Hamilton, Ontario. Dora was such a nice person to be close to. She really enjoyed the friends of her three sons, and they responded with equal affection. How often do teenage boys in the city say they want to hang out for the evening with their friend’s mother & father?? A few of us even spent the entire overnight at the Gradwell residence to cwatch the investiture of Prince Charles as the Prince of Wales (proud Brits that Dora and Jim were !)at 4 a.m. Hamilton time. My heart & friendship go out to Keith & brother David; but know for certain that your father will be overjoyed to be with her again, and that Heaven will be enriched by her presence.
