DOUCETTE, Raymond (Ray) Trafle

October 25, 2018 – Okotoks, Alberta

Raymond (Ray) Doucette passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at home in Tudor Manor Okotoks.

Ray was a veteran of WWII serving on minesweepers in the North Atlantic. Over his 42 years working for Imperial Oil Ltd. Ray and his family lived in Alberta and Saskatchewan. In later years he and Rita spent time in Saudi Arabia.

Ray celebrated his 97th birthday on Sept. 27th 2018. He was predeceased by his wife Rita, his son Stewart, granddaughter Holly and daughters-in-law, Joanne and Shirley.

Ray is survived by three daughters Rae (Fred), Dannie (Ron), and Gay (Arleen) and his son Guy. He also leaves behind 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

He leaves behind numerous good friends who helped to care for him at Tudor Manor. In memory of Ray you may wish to make a donation to Tudor Manor (Brenda Stafford Foundation) in Okotoks.
