Condolence Messages

  1. I am so sorry to hear that Garrett has passed. My heart is very heavy with sorrow, my heart aches for how sad he was, how much he struggled and how another life has been stolen from us! My heart aches for the family he left behind. In the last year I had time to hug him, to listen to him, to try to shoulder some of his pain. I am greatful that he came to me and shared both his joy and his pain. I am blessed to have experienced his love and kind heart and he imprinted on my soul.
I know that my words are not enough to ease the pain of his passing. But know that he was loved by me too, and that he shared his deep love for his family every time he visited me.
Now he flys free. Free of pain, free of struggle, free of anger and self loathing. He can guide us and protect us with his love and in turn we can honor him by keeping the memory of him in our hearts. He touched my soul forever as he did with everyone that he chose to invite into his life. He will be missed by us all.
The Ward Family offers there condolences.

I am so very sad to hear of his passing. I saw him and spoke to him just last week. He seemed in high spirits and hopeful for the future. Garrett was a very kind man, always making jokes and had a smile on his face. I will miss him dearly.

  3. I am so saddened by the news of Garrett but I know that someone who has passed never truly leaves us. I will always remember Garrett the way he was when we were young playing together, full of life and wonder, laughing so hard we cried. I hope that he’s found peace. Xoxo

  4. Kristy Wardle :

Love you forever. ❤️ I will be going forward with love and positivity. To do anything different would not honor the person you truly were. I will miss your sense of humor, your willingness to fight for the underdog, your love of animals, the “I love you…I love you, too” at the end of our many conversations, the big hugs, the great conversations in the car, our road trips and your love and appreciation for your family and loyalty to your true friends.
It will make you happy to know that Richelle and I now have rocking tattoo’s taken from some of your previous picks in your honor. Until we meet again. Love you, Mom ❤️

  8. Baby Sis - Richelle Singer :

    Speech:

Growing up Garrett and I had the best childhood. We had a community of family and friends who loved us. Garrett was my protector; he was the one looking both ways, while I was peddling on my bike and looking at flowers; He saved my life more then once on our numerous bike rides. Garrett and I would race on tractors in the summer time and race down snowy hills in the winter. He loved to swim at Mckenzie Lake and lakes around Teulon Manitoba.

Garrett always saw the best in people and carried his heart on his sleeve. He was always willing to help anyone out, even laying tile down for two days- sorry about that.

Garrett is free, I can feel it. I know that he is here with us, watching over us. Laughing his hardy laugh when I do something silly- daily. Madelyn and Logan have a dam good angel looking after them and so do I.

It’s not see you later alligator, it’s see you soon in the simple things that remind me of you.

    For always, you baby sis.
