Don Demille, beloved husband of the late Shirley Demille of Calgary, AB, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the age of 70 years.

Don was born May 3, 1949 in Edmunston, New Brunswick. He graduated from Laurentian University with a Bachelor of Education. Don worked for a short time as a teacher, and then started his career with Alberta Employment and Immigration for thirty-three years, retiring in 2008. He really enjoyed being in the Rockies, hiking and camping.

Don is survived by his sisters, Sally and Suzanne Desmeules; brothers, John, Denis, and Rudy Desmeules; nephews, Preston Billings, Matthew Desmeules, David Desmeules, Luc Rodrigue, and Darren Brayton; and nieces, Reneé Cole and Robin Desmeules. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Shirley Wilson in 2003; and his parents, Laurent and Georgette Desmeules and George and Thelma Wilson.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Park Memorial, 5008 Elbow Drive SW, Calgary, AB) on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow in the Hospitality Centre at the Funeral Home. Condolences may be forwarded through www.McInnisandHolloway.com.
