CLARKE, Elizabeth Emily (Beth)

January 26, 1962 – Sherbrooke, Quebec
October 3, 2018 – Calgary, Alberta

After an unwelcome partnership with cancer, Beth has succumbed to the disease on October 3, 2018.

Born in the Eastern Township of Quebec to Stuart and Eileen Vaudry, Beth was the youngest and only girl. She is survived by brothers, Peter (Kim), John (Beth) and Steven (Winona), along with numerous nieces and nephews.

In the 90’s, Beth met and married the love of her life, Don Clarke, and became part of the Clarke Clan headed by Lorne and Peggy Clarke, sister-in-laws, Laurel (Frank), Susan (Craig), June (Dan), along with numerous nieces and nephew.

Soon after life would never be the same when sons, Michael and Matthew came into the world, for the better. The family became complete once the gentle giant Lucy came into the home.

Our deepest sympathy to you in your devastating loss. We have known Beth for over 16 years as a colleague and a friend. She was one of the kindest and most compassionate persons we have ever known. Beth was always positive and calm with a quiet, quick witted sense of humour. She touched so many people’s lives and made the world a better place for them. We are fortunate to have known her and will miss her terribly.
