David Bradford of Calgary passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at the age of 65 years.

David is survived by his son David; grandchildren, Rhiannon and Leo; sister Hazel; brother Peter; sister-in-law Monica; nephews, Peter, Darren, Kiemon, Gavin and Ryan; and nieces, Emma and Abbie.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Fish Creek, 14441 Bannister Road S.E., Calgary, AB) on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Reception to follow at the Funeral Home. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

    I met Davy 30 years ago. We became friends from the first day.We worked together and went on good fishing and camping trips.When out of town we always roomed together.   8. I was 19 in 1979 when Davy climbed up the side of my dump truck with a “What about ye kid”? I had no way of knowing Davy would have such an impact on the next 39 years of my life. We roomed together, worked together, partied together … he saved my life once. Like many, I could tell stories about Davy for hours and do it with a smile painted on my face … and like many I will miss him like the brother he was to me.
