Condolence from MARIE FORESTER on July 3rd, 2018 10:47 AM

When personal technology was so new and first entering the school system our staff was trying to make sense of it and to find ways for it to enrich our school. We were so lucky to find Cynthia!
Through her vision, teaching and support so many of us were able to successfully integrate it into our lives and those of our students. Looking back, I and many others I know, are so very grateful to Cynthia for introducing us to this new world.
In her short life, her work and positive nature, influenced more people than anyone could imagine. Please accept our condolences.

My condolences to all of Cynthia’s family members and friends. It’s a big loss for the people whom she was part of, now it is a different life without her with us. It was very, very special to have had her as a family friend. I have great memories of her; I’m sorry for how things went, cancer is now one of the worst things I hate on this planet. When she passed away, the cancer died, unfortunately, she was a victim; but she was a strong, champion, warrior… A hero, a loyal best friend, to me she was like a sister. Time flies and it’s only a small matter of time in this human condition, before we meet again! You will be remembered in my heart and in my mind. Cynthia, I thank you so much for being with us in this life, as you were!
See you again in some time, tu hermano del alma, Sergio.

Cynthia was a good hearted, kind, passionate, hard working and intelligent woman. She was a dear friend of mine for many years. We got to experience many adventures traveling on the road to the mountains and to different places in BC with friends. We loved to dance together and enjoy each other’s company throughout our 10 years friendship. You always had so many jokes, a smile and ready for a good time. You brought light to the world when there was darkness and always willing to lend a helping hand to help others, to teach, to be a loyal and honest friend. We will all miss you dearly. I am proud to have called you my friend, you were courages and never stopped fighting until the very end. May you be free of pain and rest easy now my friend. Until we meet again
