  20. John Gartly, Nai-Wen (Zoe) and Family

Our condolences to Bill’s family and friends. He was the finest boss Nai-Wen (Zoe) and I ever had and Thanks to that I met Nai_Wen at the Stampede Casino to marry, as now the mother of our children 18 years later. He always had great wit and often a humorous reply when ever we had a complaint about something. He once said in reply “Sucks to be you.” jokingly of course which I have remembered ever since. It had me see things in a better light, Thanks to him. He loved to teach us blackjack and other games in his classes and it was a joy to attend! He helped us integrate into being confident dealers and was always there for support regardless if it was job related or not. We’ve missed him over the years and thought of him often! He will forever be in our Hearts as he meant a lot more to us than maybe he ever knew. He was and will always be a role model for me. His smile and humour live on in my mind. Thank-You Bill for all you were to us and to so many others including family. Now gone though never forgotten, Bill! Love, The Gartly Family.
