Beaz, you will be missed. You were there for me when Dale Beamish passed and all those funny memories we all shared will be in my thoughts always. You were larger then life and although we never saw each other for quite some time you never missed a chance to reach out and make me laugh. My thoughts and prayers are with all that you touched with your presence.

I used to work at Ghost River Rediscovery and am so grateful for the time I spent with Elder Bob. He was a caring and welcoming person who was deeply committed to the youth he worked with. He embraced conversations about difficult topics and always had a sparkle in his eye. Sending love to his entire family and especially Michelle. Michelle – I will always remember the look of pride he had when he talked about you.

Faye and family – please accept my heartfelt condolences – i wish i could have been there for the funeral yesterday – my thoughts and prayers were with you. It was great to read Bert Crowfoots’ description of the wonderful comments and intense love that Bob generated in his family – i know he was so proud of you all. His strong love of the Metis Nation was also apparent and i know my mom, Senator Dr. Thelma J Chalifoux will be happy to reunite with him on the other side. She loved him too…and all of us are lessened by his loss. Please accept my sincere sympathy as you go through this time of grief. Blessing to you all.
