Condolence Messages

  1. Goodbye Dad. I want to thank you again for giving me a childhood where I had no worries – we always knew we had parents who loved us, we were safe and never had to wonder if there was enough food to eat or money for what we needed. As I grew older, it never changed. You always looked after us. You are at peace now and will be missed every day by those who love you. Love Char

  2. Goodbye Daddie. As a child you have a limited point of view of your parents. I always loved you because you earned it. We had happy, carefree childhoods due to the incredible amount of work you put in away from home. As you grow older, you begin to see your parents through the eyes of people outside of your family and away from their roles as father and mother. It was then I learned how much the people you worked with respected you; your influence went far beyond your role as “Dad.” You will never be forgotten and we will love you forever. Although I wish you could have been with us longer, I am grateful the suffering of your last days has ended. Good bye, Daddy and see you soon. Love Dosho (Darvin).

  3. My heartfelt sympathy on the loss of Ernie. I worked at Revelstoke Head Office for 28 years and Ernie always had a smile and brightened our days with his comments and the twinkle in his eyes. He had some favourite sayings that I still remember today. God bless.
