Dearest Lisa. We couldn’t have asked for a better daughter-in-law. We will miss your beautiful smile and wicked sense of humour. Your taste in books was great and I read all your recommendations. Except I still don’t get what you saw in zombies! Your legacy is your children, Alicia and Zach. They are exceptional kids and you and Garret raised them to be kind and loving people. You won’t have to worry about them. Garret will continue being the loving parent you both were and he’ll have lots of help from us and your mom and dad. Carla will chip in every once in a while too. Thank you for allowing us to share space with you on this earth. It was an honor. Thank you for giving us your children. We will love and cherish them forever. Our love for you will never fade. We will remember our times together. Especially the family holidays we had. Like the White House in Vernon. What about the cruise? That was so much fun. You were the bravest one of all of us around the sting rays. These memories will carry us all through our trying times. We will see you in heaven, Lisa. All our love. Mom and Dad Anderson

I am very sad to hear about Lisa. I last ran into Lisa at security at the airport, which was becoming almost a weekly chat session :-). I moved here 21 years ago and Karla and Lisa were the first people that I met. I was welcomed not only into their friend group, but into their family as well. I don’t think I could have landed in a better place. You all are and have been in my thoughts throughout this time. Sending you all love and strength! XO
