Brenda, Shelley, Mark, Todd and families,
Please except my condolences on your Mom’s passing. I had the opportunity to see her a few years back at my Mom’s house and I so enjoyed listening to her animated stories with her great sense of humour. She was a unique and spirited human being! May the good memories keep her spirt alive within you all. I will be out of the country so I can’t attend her service but my thoughts will be with you all.

  4. Dear Brenda, Shelley, Mark, Todd and family,
What a wonderful and full life your mother lived with the gift of all of you in hers. What a party her and the twins, Irene and Leigh must be having now! I can hear them chuckling and sharing stories. I still hold very near and dear to me, memories in your family home on Arlington Drive and time at the lake. Your mom’s cooking and interest in people was such a draw that it seemed there was always someone at the door ready for a visit. I’m grateful for the times we shared despite how long ago they were. With love and warm wishes to you all.

  8. Brenda, Shelley, Todd, I offer you my heartfelt condolences in the loss of your mom! I consider myself fortunate to have counted Rita as a dear friend. She was loving – one of a kind, who always provided support when she saw I needed it! She brought nothing but joy to those of us who knew her. Her smile always greeted us, as Mitzi and I did our 3x daily walks. Mitz often just headed straight to her patio to visit.
I MISS YOU ALREADY RITA! Rest in Peace, dear Lady!

    My Dear Rita,
I am so sorry that I didn’t know you were sick. I will remember your grace, kindness and compassion shown to others especially Bruce with all your cooking and baking for him over the years. I will miss your flowers and ornaments and our chats on your patio as I stopped by over the summer.
    Au revoir dear Rita,
    Until we meet again,
    Hazel Stewart
