    Dear Graham & Family
I am so sorry to hear of Joan’s passing. Having known her for many years through coop when we worked together – she was the strongest and most wonderful woman I had the privilege to know. She always had a lovely smile on her face, never showed anything but a positive outlook on everything and radiated the most gracious presence, in light of any challenges she may have faced. I missed her when she left the store, and thought of her often. Loved when we would catch up, although it had been a while since I had seen her last.
My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.
    Sincerely, Tamatha Ogilvie
