Condolence Messages

  1. My heartfelt condolences on Betty’s passing. I met her on her very first day of work at Dome Petroleum and we worked together until I left Amoco but we did remain in touch for a while. We had lost contact with one another over the last few years but I did think of her often. She was an incredible lady and I feel extremely fortunate to have known her and to call her my friend. I used to love to watch your Walt and Betty dance together – they moved together as if they were one person – beautiful.

  2. Laurie (Hill) Costello :

Barb, Diana, Greg,Connie and families – so very sorry to hear of Betty’s passing. We also had so much fun with Betty, even back to the days she worked at the High School. She had such an artistic streak, and loved many aspects of the arts. And I think she made the best brownies I ever tasted! I hope in time, memories of your mom and dad together will bring you comfort.

  3. Les & Joan Ellis, Lloydminster :

To Barb, Diana, Connie, Greg & families,
Our sympathy on Betty’s passing. She and Walter were such great friends and special neighbors. Our kids considered them as grandparents- they really loved your Mom’s cookies and just dropping in for visits at their house or a “cruise” with your Dad in his old truck. We hope memories of your happy family times will be a comfort to all of you. We will be thinking of you on Monday.
