  2. My husband Henry and I are sorry for your loss, especially as this is such a difficult time of our year to lose someone.
However, I am submitting this email in the hope that you will contact me ( For years I have been searching for the wife of Mano Haasz who was murdered in Auschwitz. He is my husband’s great uncle and left Hungary and went to Budapest. We know that one of his two sons survived the war. After scouring Yad Vashem records, I came up with testimony about Mano, that was submitted by Zvi Levinger, his nephew. This means that Mano was married to a Levinger but she is not mentioned. In searching Google Israel, I came up with the name of Zvi Levinger and his son Moshe. Do you have any info about the Levinger family in Israel? I see the phone number but my Hebrew is limited.
So sorry to intrude on your grief, however I wish you L’shonah Tovah for this coming year as you look forward, as you must. Kate Haas, Tacoma, WA 98407
