WEDEMIRE, Donna Lee (nee Rose)
March 6, 1946 – January 1, 2012
Donna Wedemire beloved wife of Ken Wedemire of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2012 at the age of 65 years.
Donna was born on St. Catharines, ON and was raised in North Bay, ON. She married Ken on April 6, 1970. They moved to Calgary with their family in 1976. Donna had been employed at Zellers in Ontario and Calgary for twenty-five years. Donna will be remembered by her family as a very quiet and loving person.
Donna will be missed by husband Ken, daughter Karen Wedemire, son Winston Wedemire, three grandchildren Melissa, Skyler and Brandon Wedemire and their mother Tanya, Donna’s mother Eva Rose, sister Linda Rose, two brothers Paul (Bonnie) Rose and Ian (Elyse) Rose, two brothers-in-law Roy (Diane) Wedemire and Trevor (Sherry) Wedemire, a sister-in-law Norma (Tony) Bernard, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and all of her friends, whom she treated like family.
She was predeceased by her father John Rose and her grandmother Lillian Meeking.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W. Calgary, AB) on Friday, January 6, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

Donna was a loving caring mother, sister daughter and grandmother.she never let anything get to her, she had patience like the story of Job in the bible. Casey her dog will miss her very much as well God now has an angel. Love Karen, her daughter.
