December 7, 1976 – February 28, 2015
Brian Robert Walters of Calgary, AB, died suddenly on February 28, 2015 at the age of 38 years after a relentless struggle with mental illness.
Brian was born in Calgary, AB on December 7, 1976 to Keith and Beverley Walters. He was raised in Calgary and graduated from the University of Calgary with degrees in Business and Psychology. Brian is blessed with a strong group of beautiful, loving friends who he admired and held in high esteem. He has two kittens, Mickey and Geyser, who he adored unabashedly. Brian worked with Telus and previously Calgary Hire-a-Student. He also worked tirelessly to support people through William Roper Hull School, the Distress Centre Crisis Line, Universal Rehabilitation Services Association, and his church community.
