VAN GORP, Belia
January 5, 1915 – January 17, 2012
Belia Van Gorp of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at the age of 97 years.
She was born in the Netherlands and was married on August 8, 1940 to Adrian Van Gorp. They then moved to Calgary in July of 1954.
Belia is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Harry and Patricia and Matthew and Lynn and daughter and son-in-law Lea and Phil Cole, three grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Belia was predeceased by her husband Adrian, son Robert and granddaughter Kim.
A Memorial Service will be held in May of 2012. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.

Sorry to hear of your loss. I knew Belia when she resided at The Lodge at Valley Ridge. I served meals to her in the Dining Room. She was a very nice Lady and never complained. It is sad to read about someone that you once had the pleasure of knowing.
I’m so glad our kids got to know her and spend time with her. That really made her smile to share a treat and watch them play. We all loved her so very much.
I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Van Gorp was a such a wonderful person who was always so kind. You are all in my thoughts. xoxo
