He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Marjan van Biezen, son-in-law, Roger Keats, grandson, Richard Williams (Amanda), and great grandchildren, Landan and Harley Lynn. He will also be missed by his nieces and nephews and their families as well as many friends.

Bart was a man of many interests and talents, he was always up for an adventure and his curiosity about the world around him led to a lifelong quest for learning.
The family wishes to extend their deep felt gratitude to the staff and volunteers at Sarcee Carewest Hospice, they made his final days peaceful and comfortable.
