Condolence Messages

  1. Louise Butterworth :

I am sorry for the sudden message but my mother, Susan, recently told me about her father, John Hodgson , who tragically died in the Second World War on 2nd June 1944 before she was born. I believe that John Hodgson was Margaret’s brother. Therefore my mother would have been her niece.

Since she told me this I have not been able to keep away from the computer to find out more information about her Canadian family.

I came across the following page:

David Spurr submitted this page 12 years ago and I would like to tell him that his search for Susan Rice (Hodgson) is now complete.

I would love to give my mum some more information about her dad. If this message finds Margarets family I would love to hear from you.

    Kindest regards
