John Thomas “Tom” Slemp beloved husband of Joyce of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2013 at the age of 73 years.

Tom loved hunting, fishing, country western music and watching his two sons play sports including hockey, soccer, baseball and wrestling.

Besides his loving wife Joyce, Tom is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law Marlin (Sandy) and Michael (Leanne); four grandsons Jordan, Jared, Jacob and Joshua; brother James Slemp of Nova Scotia; and sister Kathie (Philip) Lacoursiere of Red Deer.

Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.McInnisAndHolloway.com.
