  1. Adele Morrissette :

Dear Doris, Warren, Waunita, Jolene and Jacinda:
So sad to hear that Mel has passed. I have fond memories of babysittting the kids when they were small, while I living on Graham Drive. I am still babysitting (my own 5 grandkids) – so some things remain the same, while time, of course marches on. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this very sad time.

  2. Dear Doris and Family: We wish to express our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Mel. We used to live across the street on Graham Drive SW in Calgary, and often babysat the kids, many years ago. We are the Morrissette sisters, now known as Eva Macen, Adele Price, and Suzanne Karsten. Our father Roland and mother Alice have both passed away. We are sending our thoughts and prayers at this very difficult time.

  3. Mel was my Mentor, my boss but most of all my friend. He took me under his wing and taught me all about the tax department. He was Master of Ceremonies at Marks & my Wedding along with Doris. I treasure the many years of friendship we had. Theatre Calgary volunteering, Stage West nights, Alberta Theatre Projects volunteering as well as our many lunches. I will truly miss you Mel ❤️❤️❤️
