  5. Wayne Hennie :

    Dear Gary’s Family.
I went to High School with Gary in Fairview Park Ohio, we were class mates. News of Gary’s Home Calling has been passed on to the class of 1965. We are all saddened by the news. Gary, in high school was well respected by all the teachers and students who knew him. Gary was always very mild mannered, studious and polite. He was a fun person growing up. Please accept our condolences . Although after HS I never talked to or saw Gary again I was thrilled to read that he was a believer and look forward to seeing him again in Our Lords magnificent presence.
God’s Blessings on you that remain.

  6. Dear Marie-Elaine, Nancy, Sheena and Sharon,
I knew your husband/son/father for a few brief years in high school in Fairview Park, Ohio. We were in the same class and spent a bit of time together. Unfortunately, following graduation, I continued to be so wrapped up in myself, I lost contact with all my high school friends, including Gary. I am so delighted to learn that he accepted Christ – a step that took me another 10 years after high school to make.
My favorite remembrance of Gary is his refusal to mold himself to a particular clique. He was always his own man and could slide in and out of whatever group interested him at the moment. I respected that.
I wish I had known Gary after I became his brother! We will see each other again, though, and what a party that will be!
May God give you the strength. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” Rom. 15:13. I’d love to hear from you.

    In His love,

    Paul Lacy
