SCHWARTZENBERGER – Mildred May “Millie”

March 5, 1918 – December 3, 2010

Millie Schwartzenberger of Calgary passed away on Friday, December 3, 2010 at the age of 92 years.

Millie is survived by her two sons and daughter-in-law Larry and Claire of Oliver, BC and Ron of Calgary; three grandchildren Lisa (Todd) Kunz of Oliver, BC; David (Angela) Schwartzenberger of Okanagan Falls, BC; Alaina Schwartzenberger of Penticton, BC; four great-grandchildren Tanner, Liam, Ava and Olivia; and her brother Jack (Peggy) Keats of Calgary; and sister-in-law Patricia Keats of High River.  Millie was predeceased by her husband Nickolas in 2009.

    Larry, Ron and families – I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. My brother Bud sent the Obituary onto me. After we moved from dad’s place in Blueberry I lost touch with your parents and was saddened by this fact. Tried to google them several times and sent cards but they always came back. Uncle Nick was in my life forever and I was sorry to see he passed away last year. He and Millie were very important to my dad, Army, and they had some grand times together. I am sure you heard all the stories many times. I like to think they are all together having some more grand times…
    I have missed them these past few years and now will think fondly of them in a better place. I hope all the good memories you have shared with your mom and your dad will see you through this sad time.
